Before I joined the program my weight was 78 kgs and it has gradually decreased to 65 kgs felt very happy. Currently my health condition is too good. I have started yoga and walking regularly, and then I joined gym. Also I was motivated from Sudesh. He is an excellent coach. I live my life Happy and keep my surrounding also happy. I learnt through this program that clean eating always maintains good health and wealth. Winter season is my favorite part of my journey. Thank you WILDFIT🙏 Thank you Sudesh 🙏

We had lot of emotional/routine eating with pretty much fixed diet. During the course of diet we have rediscovered the essence of the food we are having. We have improvised our food habits by increasing and decreasing on food which is needed and not needed for the body. We have learnt the ways to reset our gut health thereby helping us to feel light on the body and stay active and energized. Our perspective of eating and its need has got better now.

My journey was unbelievable. I never thought that I could release so much of weight in this program. Very passing week used to be excitement. Before starting this journey, I struggled with emotional and stress eating and had little control over my food cravings. As I progressed, I learned to pause, observe my emotions, and understand the reasons behind my eating habits. Gradually, I gained control over my cravings and became more mindful of what and how much I eat. By the end of the course, my body and mind had completely transformed, and I felt more confident and balanced. Now, I make conscious food choices, I decide what to eat, not my emotions.
